Mistakes You’re Making Right Now

 

So who am I and why should you listen to me?

Well, my name is Alex Aames, and for over five years, my direct approach to teaching fitness advice has helped hundreds of skinny guys completely transform the way that they look and feel.

I’ve spent the last few years relentlessly gathering the most cutting edge fitness information that works in the real world. I toss out what doesn’t work, and improve upon what does. And because of this, I’ve made a lot of progress with my physique and countless others that I’ve taught my methods to.In fact, I used to be pretty small back in high school, and throughout some of my early college years.

I was going to the gym on occasion to lift weights, thinking I was going to beef up in no time… But for some reason though, I was never making any visible progress, no matter how much time I was sweating in the gym.

This of course quickly discouraged me from continuing and I abruptly decided to spend my time elsewhere.But then came my junior year in college where I can still vividly remember the day that I decided that I was going to figure out this muscle building puzzle, no matter what. Frankly, I was getting tired of looking like just another chump compared to these other guys that were impressively built that I saw walking around.

I realized that If I wanted to be the top 10%, I would need to change.I made learning about building muscle and maintaining my fitness one of my top priorities. It was simply one of the highest leveraged things I could do at that point in my life.

And even though I wanted to build muscle just to look good at first, I quickly realized that learning to properly build my body with routine and habit was giving me a newfound sense of vitality, energy, and clarity of mind to work with throughout my college days.
